The Hillsdale Municipal Court is located on the second floor of Boro Hall at 380 Hillsdale Avenue.  The Court has jurisdiction over all traffic, ordinance, criminal (with exceptions), disorderly persons, and petty disorderly persons offenses committed in the Boro of Hillsdale. 

Under the guidance of the Honorable Warren Clark, MCJ, the Hillsdale Municipal Court convenes approximately every two weeks on Wednesday afternoons at 4 p.m.  Defendants are urged to be on time and appropriately dressed.  Wearing hats inside the courtroom, the use of cellular phones or pagers inside the courtroom, smoking, and disturbances of any kind are prohibited.  Courtroom attendees are subject to search prior to entering the courtroom for security reasons.  Naturally, weapons are NOT permitted in the courtroom.
